UC Health is proud to introduce the region’s first mobile stroke unit, a vehicle specially designed to provide immediate care for patients suffering from a possible stroke.
This new addition to the Stroke Center at UC Health serves to continue a more than 30 year tradition of excellence in complex stroke care. We were the first health system in Greater Cincinnati to receive comprehensive stroke certification from the Joint Commission, and now we are proud to be the first to introduce mobile stroke care
